Booth Information
- 6 ft. x 10 ft.
- $945 (if registered by May 24, 2024)
- $1,045 (if registered after May 24, 2024)
- Each company is allowed one (1) complimentary registration per booth space purchased, a piped and draped booth, a six-foot display table, standard power, and three full days of maximum exposure.
- Additional exhibitor representatives must pay the full conference rate and should register using the "Registration" link at the top of the page.
- Exhibitor services provided by Convention Makers - please use the forms below to purchase additional equipment and for shipping. All materials must be shipped through Convention Makers.
Vendor Hours
- Setup: Sunday, June 9 beginning at 2 p.m.
- Maximum Exposure Times: Sunday evening 6-7 p.m. during the welcome reception, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during breakfast, breaks, lunches and afternoon receptions.
- Exhibit booths may remain up until the social is over at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12. All exhibits must be dismantled by 3 p.m. Convention Makers will be available to pick up outgoing shipments at this time.
