Hotel and Travel Information

The conference will take place at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center. The hotel is located minutes from the Raleigh/Durham International Airport, in the center of North Carolina's Research Triangle Park, bounded by the cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The hotel offers a complimentary round trip airport shuttle and free parking.

Reservations

Make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 919.941.5050. To receive the conference rate make your reservations no later than March 17, 2008. This a firm deadline ending at 5pm EST on March 17, 2008.

The room rate, single or double, is $110 per night plus applicable state and local taxes (12.75%). When making reservations provide the following group rate code: PNEH (Priester Natl. Ext. Health Conference or NCSU 4H Youth and Families). A credit card number will be required to secure a room. Cancellations must be received by 4pm Day of Arrival.
