The 32nd Annual Tomato Disease Workshop will be held at the Kanuga Conference Center near Hendersonville, NC. Established in 1928, Kanuga is a 1,400-acre conference, retreat and camp center serving 25,000 guests annually. Nestled on 1,400 peaceful acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Hendersonville, N.C., Kanuga's historic setting features a 30-acre lake, 20 miles of hiking trails, and full-service meeting and lodging facilities for up to 440 guests.
All meals are included in the rate and wi-fi is available throughout the campus. The deadline to receive the conference room rate is October 21st; however, participants are strongly encouraged to book their room earlier as a minimum number of rooms were reserved. Fall season is the most visited time in the mountains and there are other guests and conferences concurrent at Kanuga.
Kanuga offers:
Breakfast: 8-8:45 am
Lunch: 12-12:45 pm
Supper: 6-6:45 pm
Friday Supper: 6-7:30 pm
Lodging Rates (per person):
Double occupancy $120 per night
Single occupancy $155 per night
Rates are for Monday, October 32nd and Tuesday, November 1st only. You will elect what nights you would like to stay when you register for the conference; if you would like to stay only one night, you can elect to do so on the registration page. If you would like to stay any additional nights, please contact Kanuga directly.
Kanuga's cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the event start date will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation/processing fee. Any cancellation made within seven (7) days of the event start date will result in the forteiture of the full amount and the responsible party will be billed accordingly. All cancellations must be received in writing by email. If an individual guest has a reservation and they do not show up, they forfeit the entire amount of their stay and the responsible party will be billed accordingly.
