Format: Foursomes Captain Choice

Trophies will be awarded to the top six teams.

Prizes will be awarded for:

Men's long drive (2 holes) Women's long drive (1 hole) Closest to pin (2 holes) Putting contest (1 hole)

Registration Fee

Fee includes golf cart, practice balls, green fee, dinner, on-course refreshments,
gift bag, trophies and prize. A dinner buffet will be served at 5:30 p.m.at Players
Retreat at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.

Individuals - $120

Foursome - $480
