Getting Here

The Asheville Regional Airport is your connection to the NECV, featuring frequent daily flights to major hubs and a "best connected regional airport" designation. Served by Allegiant, American, Delta and United, this regional airport is ready for your arrival to western North Carolina.

Upon arrival, you may choose to travel to the Renaissance via taxi or any number of transportation options, including Uber, limousine services, and public transit. Rental cars are also available on site at the airport from the major national carriers. Reservations are recommended. If you're planning evening or day trips to see the area attractions or the Blue Ridge Parkway, a rental car may be your preferred option. The hotel is a short 25-minute drive from the airport. Parking at the hotel is complimentary for guests.

We are also working to coordinate vans making continuous loops from the airport to the hotel on Sunday, Monday and Thursday to accommodate as many conference participants as possible. In order to expedite that planning, we need your assistance in completing this survey to ensure that our drivers are ready for your arrival.

There will be a table in the airport on Sunday and Monday where volunteers will be ready to help connect you to our vans if you choose that mode of transport and to help get your on your way to the Renaissance.
