Tentative Program Timing (for Travel Planning)

• On-site check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 1.
• Presentations will begin at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 1.
• The symposium will adjourn at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 3.
• The optional facility tour on Friday, November 4, at RTI International will begin at
  approximately 9:00 a.m. and end by 12:00 p.m./noon.

Poster Presentation Details

Poster Board Size and Poster Preparation

• The board space dimensions for displaying posters are 4 feet high (1.2 m) and 3 feet wide (0.9 m).
• Presenters will be assigned one poster space for each abstract that has been accepted.
• Push pins will be provided.
• Please plan to remove your poster and any additional materials from the poster board as soon as the conference adjourns. Materials left after the conference will be discarded.

Onsite Logistics

• Please plan to set up your poster Tuesday morning, November 1, before the symposium begin at
  10:00 a.m. if at all possible.
• Posters will be on display during the entire conference until it adjourns Thursday, November 3.
• Plan to attend the scheduled poster sessions, scheduled from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
  November 1, and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2. Viewing of posters will be encouraged throughout the conference.

Student Poster Competition

We are pleased to announce that Frontier Lab will be sponsoring the student poster competition again this year. If your poster was submitted by or will be presented by a student, please be sure to tell us at on-site check-in or in advance to assist us with coordinating the competition. Presenters must be present to win when winners are announced on Thursday, November 3, at 1 p.m.
