Program Session Descriptions
Pre-Conference Meetings and Workshops provide opportunities for in-depth exploration of a topic, hands-on training, or meetings of associations and special groups.
Concurrent Sessions follow each Plenary Session to illustrate college-based initiatives and practices that support the Plenary dimensions. Concurrent session will last 60 minutes each.
Roundtable Discussions give the opportunity to learn about college-led student success initiatives. Each session will last 20 minutes, with one repeat. Tables will seat 10; presenters are asked to bring enough handouts for 50 people so that someone who could not get a seat at your table may pick up a handout.
Poster Sessions are open to students and faculty and will be accommodated in the exhibit hall. Anyone wishing to submit a poster session will need to set-up their poster in the exhibit hall prior to 5 p.m. on Sunday and remove by noon on Tuesday.
Post Conference Sessions are available in the convention center on Tuesday afternoon or on Wednesday. If you request a post conference session time, you will be asked for the type of room set-up and equipment needed.
